How long does my order take to ship? TOP
*Our invitations and announcements take 5-7 days to ship after final proof approval.
*Our personalized dishware items (plates, platters, bowls, tumblers, trays, platemats), personalized clothing, personalized puzzles and personalized vinyl decals take 7-12 business days to ship after order placement.
*Our blank stationery products and children's items (non-personalized) ship within 48 hours of order placement.
If you need any of these items sooner, please contact us as we are happy to try to accomodate.
Do I receive a proof before printing/shipping my order? TOP
If you place an order for invitations or announcements, you will always receive a proof. We never print and ship an order prior to your approval. After order placement, you will receive a proof within 48 hours to approve or make changes to. After each revision to your initial order, you will receive another proof within 24 hours of requested revision. Please keep this time frame in mind when ordering. For all other items, please inquire about proofs.
I like an invitation in the Invitation Station, but want to change some elements. Is this possible? TOP
You are free to change text, font, and some font colors on all of our invitations and announcements. However, no other changes can be made at this time.
How do I submit a picture and my information for an announcement? TOP
Please send your pictures as a .jpeg attachment to email@example.com you have placed your order. Please include your name and order number in your email. There is space provided on the announcement ordering page to include your personalized text, however, you may also send a separate email containing the personalized information if you wish.
What is melamine? TOP
Melamine is a durable type of plastic that our personalized plates, platters, and trays are made from. It is dishwasher safe, but not to be used in a microwave. The other GREAT thing about melamine is that is guaranteed not to break. Rest assured that you will have many years of great memories with your personalized dishware from Molly Lou Gifts no matter how many times dropped.
You say that most of your paper products are eco friendly. What makes this true? TOP
We use recycled paper on most of our stationery product items and we also use a technique called solid ink for the invitations and announcements. Solid ink is a revolutionary printing style. Most printers use powdery toners or pigmented inks, but solid ink has a superior quality to both of these and is environmentally friendly as there is no waste like there is with toner.
What if my order has a mistake? TOP
Accidents do happen...OOPS! If the mistake was that of Molly Lou Gifts we will quickly redo your item and ship to you as soon as possible or provide you with a refund. If the mistake was that of the customer, we are happy to offer a 15% discount on your reorder with the corrected information. PLEASE LOOK OVER PROOFS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE APPROVING!
How do you ship? Do you ship internationally? TOP
Molly Lou Gits ships through the USPS.
First class shipments generally take 3-5 days to arrive, however they have been known to take longer, especially during the holiday season.
Priority mail has a 2-3 days transit time, but is not guaranteed.
Express mail is the only guaranteed service and shipments arrive overnight to most locations.

What are your shipping charges? TOP
Molly Lou Gifts is pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders over $125. These rates are based on our standard shipping. We include delivery confirmation with every order shipped from us. Should you desire insurance with your package, please let us know and we will update your shopping cart invoice. Insurance starts at $1.80 for $50 in merchandise. Once packages have left our hands, we cannot be responsible if insurance was not included. Please inquire for international or express mail shipping rates.
Can I change the font on a personalized dishware item? TOP
Please read item description carefully. Some dishware designs have font choices and others do not. Most of the choices are between an interlocking script monogram or circle monogram and then there are a few text choices. Please see each design choice for font options. We're here to help if you have any questions.
What are your vinyl decals? TOP
Our vinyl decal monograms are a great way to add personal style to just about any item. You can place our decals on any smooth surface-glass, wood, walls, frames, flooring, etc. The decals can be easily removed and will not damage the surface that they were on. They are not reusable. We offer our decal monograms in a variety of colors and font choices. The possibilities are endless for these affordable and stylish accessories!
What is your return/refund policy? TOP
Molly Lou Gifts offers unique personalized gift items and due to the nature of this shop, we are unable to accept returns. Please place orders carefully and if you receive a proof for your item, review it carefully before giving final approval. If the mistake was ours, then we will offer a refund or quickly fix the mistake and reship.
I have a custom design idea...can you help? TOP
While we enjoy doing custom work, we are unable to accomodate custom designs at this time. We will let you know when we are able to do this. If you desire a custom dishware piece-plates, platters, or trays, there is a $35 fee associated and a minimum order requirement. Please inquire for more information.

I just received my order and it looks good, but different than what I saw online. Why? TOP
Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product. While I've done everything I can to represent the colors as accurately as possible, the calibrations of your monitor settings and your internet browser can effect how you view the color. This is true of anything purchased online and is not exclusive to our lines of invitations, announcements, personalized stationery, tableware, and accessories.

What are the details about sizing of your personalized children's clothing? TOP
We love this line in our shop. The infants clothing sizes run true to size, but the toddler and youth sizes run about one size small. Please order one size UP when ordering those sizes. The toddler A-line dresses run true to size. Our shirts should be washed inside out and it is best not to dry them. The colors remain true and the design looks fabulous wear after wear and can take the abuse that children put on their clothes. :)
